"I will NEEEEEEEEEEVER shop at this location ever again. OshKosh will be lucky if they get any of my or my family's business at all!!! My first impression of this store was a positive one. As I entered I was greeted by a sales associate who asked what sizes I was shopping for and explained the layout of the store. After shopping for about half an hour an associate ran from the back telling one of the other associates to call 911 because someone was having a heart attack. I asked one of the associates was everything okay, but she said she wasn't sure. I continued shopping, asking about the woman having the heart attack once again. One associate started talking to me about their online website which I thought was a little strange, but I brushed it off and continued to engage in the small talk. Minutes later an officer walked in and one of the associates took him towards the back. I thought it was strange for the police to show up before the ambulance or even the fire dept, but again I brushed it off and kept shopping. A short time afterwards I heard someone talking to my daughter who's seated on one of the benches scrolling through her phone (typical teenager). I turn and notice it's another officer. The conversation seemed innocent enough, but I still walked over to see what was being discussed. As I was approaching I heard him mention a lady in jeans so I asked he was referring to me. The officer asks to see our DLs. I tell him that my daughter is only 15 and doesn't have a DL, but I handed him mine. He proceeds to tell me that he was called to the location because there was a report that someone was having a heart attack while two other women were shoplifting. Now it all made sense. The real reason why the cops showed up instead of the EMT...the real reason behind all the small talk. I have never felt so angry or embarrassed because at this point the other shoppers are staring. The sales associates (who won't even make eye contact with) are trying to go along like nothing is happening which only makes me that more angered. Do they train these retail associates anymore??? If I were stealing, don't they think I would have high-tailed it out the store once they came in with that whole "heart attack" scenario?! I surely wouldn't have been talking to them or asking about merchandise. The part that made it worse was being told that this store was hit last week and me being a Black woman carrying a large bag was what possibly prompted the premature call. I couldn't believe this cop was telling me this. He then said ma'am if I were you I wouldn't buy a thing from this store. I'm still in shock at this point so I still had the merchandise I was planning to purchase in hand. I told him no worries, that wasn't going to happen. I politely sat my bag of merchandise on the counter and once the officer gave me the okay I left. I returned a few minutes later once I was a bit calmer to ask for the store number and a phone number to contact corporate. I asked for the sales associates' names, but one sales associate said they were unable to give out their names. That makes a lot of sense considering they wear name badges, but whatever. Corporate only says that's it's being handled internally. This is BULLCRAP at its finest!"

"First time here and I loved it! They had the cutest things, and most of it was on sale. There was a really nice worker that helped us from the moment we walked in the door, and thanks to her we found exactly what we needed."
