"The quality and the pricing related to selling and buying items has declined. The customer service is sub par and the knowledge based does not exist. If you want people to continue to support and sell items to your store, your staff should be able to identify quality when they see it. Not all of us are hurting for money or care about what we are getting when we come to sell. In fact, some of us just hate to see quality items go to waste. However, I’d rather give my items to Goodwill than to have this store underprice items they are just going to resell in the store for triple the price. Please do better."

"I have only come to this store a handful of times. I haven't tried to sell anything, only purchase. It is a little frustrating how close together the aisles are. Hard to even get their shopping cart down some. It feels a little too chaotic to make me want to frequent it more. The employees were perfectly polite. From my most recent trip I realized a pair of pants still has a censor on it. I only bought 3 things so it seems she should have noticed before putting it in the bag. Mistakes happen. Not a big deal. I'll do better at double checking. Prices feeling a little high & the store being too crowded is the reason for a star off."

"Do not waste your time selling clothes here. I came in with no one in line and an almost empty store and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. Almost 45 minutes after my check in time, they finally finished looking through the one basket and 3 or 4 large items I brought in. Half of the clothes they rejected due to "stains and wear". These clothes were all clean and in great condition. Then, they tried to offer me $18 for a like-new swing that cost over $100 (thank you, no). They also rejected a brand new bassinet because they said it wouldn't turn on. It does - they just didn't want to figure it out. I'm juggling a baby that has reached the end of her patience after an hour at this place, so I don't even want to mess with it at this point. Such a frustrating experience and you absolutely get next to nothing for your items."

"Heard about this store on a group and wanted to check it out. It is a good place to have slightly used kids clothes exchanged for cash. They do accept new clothes as well. They take both boys and girls clothes,shoes and clothes. They have a restriction on the clothes and items to be given at once. It is 2 bins ( regular clothes bin), they ask you to lay out the clothes and the clothes to be clean and washed. They take 20-30 mins to inspect your clothes and take another 20/30 mins to cash out. Mind you if you have more folks the time taken can be longer. They will take your state id for cash to be processed. They have some rule which they follow. They don’t take all stores clothes. And also if the clothes have stain or faded. This is bit odd as some clothes in the stores are faded. They have a very particular method to pay for clothes. So don’t expect high prices for clothes sold. Similarly the clothes in the stores are priced between 3-10$ (most of them). They take toys and as well as crib and bassinets. Again the price they pay might not be high $, but the pay out is immediate, so good for folks who want instant cash. They have a good selection of toys as well. The store assistant are good and they manage a lot of folks."
