Planned to buy the Messi shirt for my dad, guy said he was going to look in the back to see if they had the lg size I needed, 15 mins later I see the same guy just walk by and avoid contact. Head to the front register and ask what’s the update on the jersey ..”oh yeah I forgot but we don’t have the size you needs. “ seriously avoid this location and head to the one in cypress instead . This one sucks !"

"Employees are nice and helptul but the manager(black lady) has a bossy attitude. While chewing gum she started talking to me about how an employee had misinformed me about a promotion and that I was wrong. Made me feel like i was about to steal something. Store has nice clothes but just go shop adidas somewhere else like Academy or the Mall. Gave this store 2 chances Not going back again."

"Store manager Corry and Associate Kelly were very rude. They ignored me in the store as I waited at the counter and proceeded to continue a discussion about their families working in other retail stores. I patiently waited with my children as they finally addressed my needs and scoffed when I said I placed an online order because they were inadequate at navigating online issues. They belittled me by making snarky underbreath comments about my kids who are autistic and were getting tired of waiting. Corry was very rude and all we needed was our sons track suit jacket for school since he is dealing with sensory issues. He told me he could find my order online to CANCEL it but could not find it to fulfill my order which was placed 4 hours prior. I left the store very upset and almost in tears due to his rash response. I asked my husband to call to get through with a clearer head and the manager refused to refund our order and hung up on us. He called back to get the number of his superior and was told they could take is number but couldn't put us in touch with anyone above the Manager. Beyond irritated, I called the store in the galleria which the Manager was able to furnish both of the District Manager's numbers in order to resolve the issue. Will be sending in a complaint to the BBB and corporate following the District Manager's response. Even though we are dedicated ADIDAS customers, we will be cancelling our order due to this Manager and Employees treatment"
