"The manager, Laura is very sweet and patient with me. Didn’t mind helping me pick with the selling process so I know what they will buy from me. The workers were friendly, not rude at all, they helped me with my stuff without any complaints. One of the workers named Rachel is also very helpful with explaining how to sell and the process. The store was clean and very organized. Fun place to shop. I don’t understand why people take the time to say negative things about the store when they’re just upset. This is an amazing place to sell your clothes!"

"Went here the other day and my experience was a positive one. All the ladies there were helpful. Everytime I go Rachel is usually helping me and I’ve never had a bad experience with her. If you’re rude to employees then what do you expect in return.."

"Mixed Review… Super sweet staff one day/ Racist and horrible attitude staff the next!! I attempted to sell my things yesterday and was told they had stopped buying for the day. The young lady (did not get her name) was very sweet and told me the Sunday hours and to come a little early because there is normally a line. She took time and asked what designer brands my clothes were and after telling her she suggested a store that bought more business and designer brand items. I mean she was super sweet and informative. However, the next day, the manager (Rachel) was the total opposite. I got there a little after they opened and was number 11. (Realizing the sweet young lady from yesterday was right) I waited some time and received the text to come back in the store. Well upon getting my offer and seeing the items I brought in I realized that a pink champion warmup had been split (they wanted the jacket, but not the paints) This shocked me because normally sets are not broken. So I asked the associate was that normal and she did not know. She then asked the manager (Rachel) to come over and I asked her about the split. She looked at me and said “We only want the jacket. If you want to keep it we will just void your entire transaction.” After waiting all the time I had I agreed to just complete the transaction. I left out and put my items in the car and I realized how short and nasty the manager was to me. I walked back in the store and I spoke to the associate and explained to her that I did not feel that I agreed with what the manager had said so I would like to void my transaction. The manager (Rachel) comes over and first rolled her eyes. Then she started talking to me in such a way if I was wasting her time or let me hurry up and get her out of here. At this time I noticed that a pair of my shoes were on the far side of all the registers. The associate saw them and proceeded to go get them and she stated she forgot to put them on my ticket. I thanked her for remembering they were mine. Then Rachel slanted her head to the side and asked the associate was she sure they were mine. I asked her why did she have to ask the associate that when I pointed at them and the associate clearly remembered they were mine. At first, I was taken aback. But then, she ignored my question and looked at the associate, now louder, and repeated the question. She literally acted like I was not even there. I asked her for her name. I asked her why was she being so rude to me. Can I not ask why a set was broken, can I not ask for my transaction to be cancelled. I then realized what the associate said “I forgot to put them on her ticket. I asked Rachel “If they were not on my ticket, does this mean I did not get payment for them. So if I had not came back in to void my transaction, I would not have been paid for the shoes?” She gave me the stare that other women know (that nasty one), rolled her eyes and exhaled. I know it lasted for at least 5 seconds. I thought maybe she did not hear me or understand me, so I repeated myself. She then proceeded to tell me that they would have “figured it out” at this point I was just done. I thanked her and left the store. I have read other reviews. I have been in the store before. Always a good experience. But today… I have to agree with all the other negative ones. Maybe the manager Rachel is the bad seed that is the base of the bad reviews. I know she is definitely it for mine."
