"Asked an associate for help in looking for a hello kitty blanket. The older Hispanic skinny female (heavy accent) manager stoped him at the door and told him that he couldn’t help me. She said everything is out in the floor (clearly I can see she’s lying) but she wouldn’t take 5 seconds to look in the bin for me. The store is NOT busy despite it being a Friday. Instead she spent the next 5 minutes rambling on with another friend / colleague coworker. Very inconsiderate."

"We purchased sunglasses and then when we asked Gina B. At the jewelry counter to also check us out for our 2 other items she refused. I damn well know she could have been nice to do so instead of sending us to a long line that we stood in for 20 minutes! She was not doing anything but standing there acting like she was soooo busy!"

"Usually this chain is pretty good but I had a really bad experience the first time I went to this store. The clothes selection is pretty good as any other store and I found something on sale. Once we got to the counter to pay, the price on the label was not the one for that piece. It was not the most pleasant experience. I ended up paying the whole price. I don't know if there's any way to correct this. I hope it can be avoided next time."
