"I ordered a backpack for my youngest. Who doesn’t want a backpack like dad. Upon receipt and inspection I found there was a defect. I emailed the company late that evening. I got an email reply early the next morning. Needless to say I was impressed with the quick response. I explained my issue and sent pictures in my email correspondence with customer service (Rich). Rich was prompt in replying to me as well as was dead set on making it right. He shipped me a replacement backpack that same day. I really appreciate the level of customer service, responsiveness and all around trust they have established with me. If they have something you want, order it with confidence knowing that they got your six. Thanks again Trooper Clothing!"
