"I went into the store this evening in a hurry to find a tie to go along with a suit that my son was required to wear to an event this evening. I went in looking for a clip on and was only able to find a mens tie. I was so worried that I wasn’t going to have time to figure out how to tie it with no experience. As I was checking out I was looking around for a male patron or employee who might be able to help me. I happened to walk up to Elmo who was working in the self checkout area. I explained my predicament and told him no pressure but I was wondering if he would be able to help me. He said he would try but it had been quite sometime and he wasn’t sure if he remembered how. He took the tie and made a perfect tie. It took him several attempts and he even used a video camera at the self checkout register to make sure he had it just right. This was absolutely priceless to my son and I. I really appreciated the help and his commitment to get it just right! That was not only meaningful to us but a really great example to my son of a kind man. I don’t think we will forget this kind gesture. He deserves to be recognized. Thank you!"

"We just spoke with the manager Jackie in customer service and she took such a harsh tone with us. We had ordered something through target to be delivered to our house and the wrong, much cheaper package arrived so we had to drive to Target to return the item. Jackie first told us she could not deal with it since it was not her responsibility and when she finally decided to help us, she was extremely insensitive and rude. We love shopping at Target but Jackie was tough to deal with."

"It has been a long time since I have been in a store where I am please genuinely ask how you were doing and if you need any assistance, at least in stores like target or Walmart and grocery stores, but I was approached twice by employees who were stocking shelves if I needed any help and one went beyond to look up a size for me in store. The person at checkout was also very friendly and helpful!! The store was clean and organized!!"
