"I placed an order online and had it shipped to the store to take advantage of free shipping. A week and a half goes by with no word that my order is ready. I reach out to customer service who states the order has been at the store for 3 days but has not processed the order. I reach out to the store who keeps me on hold multiple times for over 5 minutes then hangs up. My last call to them was me saying I called about an order and the call keeps getting disconnected, her response yes I guess when we came back to the phone you weren't there. LIES I waited on the line the entire time!!!! Overall this is the worst encounter I have ever had while shopping online!! The costumer service at this location was rude and very inconsiderate about the entire situation. Turns out they did have the order in the back and failed to update the system."
