"I’m giving two stars instead of one simply because the clothes are good quality and I do enjoy what they offer. BUT with that said the customer service is a joke. I went in to exchange a gift that was sent to my daughter that was the wrong size. I specifically told the lady I had a receipt but I wanted store credit to exchange it for something in the correct size. The lady proceeds to just return the item to the credit card used to pay for it, the credit card from a family member who I don’t have contact with. After two managers and a promise of contact in a few days correcting the issue (they needed to email outside sales audit to void the refund and get me a gift card) I’ve got nothing. It’s been 9 days now, I called once this past Monday and was told they’re working on it, and radio silence now since then. It’s Saturday…..I’m absolutely disappointed in the communication. If you can’t fix your error just tell me, don’t ignore somebody for over a week. Be upfront and honest."

"Great Baby Store Shop their sales!!! Prices are $$ for regularly priced items but they have great sales and clearance racks so it is well worth going to even if you don't want to spend a lot. They have a wide selection and a great return policy in case something doesn't fit. It is a wonderful place to go get a gift for a baby shower or infant birthday. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice as well."
