"The customer service woman, who wears a mask, who by the way, wears it without covering her nose, has a terrible attitude. I tried to buy a money order for 900.00 and he wouldn't sell it to me because I didn't have my ID with me. I understand that it is only required if it is greater than a thousand. "My mother is a 67 year old retired teacher, and the two store managers (Kevin and Carlos) and an undercover cop (Ferrin) on duty tonight passively accused her of stealing when she went to notify them that she bought two packages of fish but only one was in her car when she unloaded at home and suggested the second bag was left in the cart by the employee who loaded her car. They looked at camera footage, saw that two packages left the building, and then told her they don't know what she did with the second bag and would not help her. It was a $16 loss plus a very hurtful loss to her dignity. We've been customers since the store opened, having lived in this neighborhood since 1985. This same mistake has happened to me twice in the last ten years and I've never had a problem. Shame on these store managers."

"The pharmacy team at this location is incredible. Each member went out of their way to help me at the drive-thru. My prescription was transferred to this location from another Walmart (4131) which didn’t have the prescription. It was the first time there, and it was an emergency fill. The young lady gave told the amount and I said thank you. She then asked if my wife had insurance. I told her she did but not to worry about it because I didn’t have the insurance card. She then offered to do a search for the insurance and sure enough, she found the information and was able to file with the insurance. I will be returning to his pharmacy! Great job!"
