The airlines lost my bag go figure, and I was in a bind called this location (45 mins from my hotel) asked about my size and style and was told to come on in We have. went to men’s warehouse and I spoke to the store manager and asked to be directed to my particular size and cut and he replied “we don’t have suits by size we organize by style” so after rummaging through for 20 mins I headed for the door and said I felt it was a display of poor management and they should be embarrassed"

"Worse service ever!!! My husband and I were greeted by one of the employees. My husband needed some work shirts and pants. Twenty minute goes by and nobody come to assist him. I was the one helping him and looking for his size. The store wasn’t even busy. There was one more customer trying on shoes. At the end my husband did all his shopping on his own. Nobody even helped him get a fitting room. Bad bad customer service."

"Walked in the store and was greated ready to be helped soon as they realized I was renting. I got shoved to the back ( by Jeff) and was told to wait on the new guy. Meanwhile, I'm the first person in the store. Side note Brandon was the one helping me did a great job, Jeff was the one walking around the store with the tablet bossing Brandon around instead of helping customers himself. Seems to me Brandon was just getting pushed around because Jeff was lazy. I mean, I was only in the store for 30 minutes, and I could see this. Brandon needs a raise for doing Jeff's job too."

"I rented a tux for a wedding here and they were great. Great customer service. Much patience. Willing to help and assist in every way. Everything they do is professional and with class. They make sure you don't feel uncomfortable. Have nothing negative to say about this business. And the dropoff is super quick and convenient."
