"This store has great shoes and great customer service during peak hours. However, that night time crew should be ashamed of themselves for losing money. A few months ago I called to see what time they closed so I could get some shoes. They gave me a time and then closed 15 minutes early. I called at 6:45 pm tonight to see what time they closed. I was told 8:00 pm, I got there at 7:25 and they were closed, store empty, no one to answer the phones. No problem. Went and gave Polo the money they were going to get."
