"I was shopping with my mom at this store because she needed to do a return. When we got to the counter to do the return my mom said it was a gift that didn’t fit. The sales associate, Maria, asked if my mom was a member, and she is not. Maria seemed confused about the return then turned to her coworker and said “this woman has a return and is not a Chico’s member obviously”. Not only did Maria make this rude comment, she also follow us around the store acting like we were going to steal something. If it was possible to give a zero star I would."

"I want to give a shout out to Patricia who helped me today! Patricia was patient and helpful. Patricia was instrumental in helping me put together quite a few outfits and never took it personal if I didn’t like items she brought to my attention. She quickly understood what I was looking for and offered up great alternatives. I drive 30 minutes with an agenda. I try on a tremendous amount of clothes to find the items I need. I love this store! I drive over from The Woodlands because I can’t stand the Chico’s at The Woodlands Mall. The Chico’s at the Woodlands Mall seems to have a very small selection and never have a size 1 in anything. Also, the sales associates have a really nasty attitude, and god help you if you have a return. This store has a huge selection and all the sizes! Not only that, your getting Chico’s clothing on sale! I also like that the clothing is color coordinated in sections which makes it easier to shop. I constantly wear Chico’s and I constantly shop at this location. Thank you to the staff and manager as they have been fantastic for a couple of years now!"
