"Just left the store after about 2 hours. The manager Lacey who attitude was nice and look up my package however no resolution for a replacement package or a gift card in the amount of the difference so I can place a new order was offered, since the items where final! She called Johanna Libreuers and she said she input in the system that both new packages were ready for pick up but she physically only had one in her hand. Sheron who is also nice attitude is a manager who the one I spoke to about a previous package that was missing. But customer service managers wasted an extra hour of my day! I recorded the call they see that the store failed to input the correct information and forever 21 corporation is refusing to send my replacement items and all are currently still in stock. This order was placed 9/14 through the app. I have the forever 21 credit card over 5 years. I’ve spent at least 5,000$ actively and at least $350 within the last three months! But I will not allow a company to be this neglectful and irresponsible and dismissive after an order with items I needed specifically! Sad sad Friday"

"NEVER do business with Forever 21!!!! I still have no resolution on what seems to me to be a rather straight forward & simple matter. I purchased a gift card for my daughter as a Christmas present on 12/14/21. Everything on the website indicated that it would arrive in time. The card finally showed up a month later, after I had to give my daughter an alternative gift. The organization did not deliver what was offered. I have reached out repeatedly and have received no assistance to date."

"We do love Forever 21...this store is nicely set up..employees are kind and greer you! My daughter always finds something I approve of and we both happy! Outles of course crowded..but what do you expect. Fitting room had long line."
