"Found exactly what I needed. Aunt, under an hour I had two separate events. I was able to find my dresses. My shoes all in the same place very quickly. The only complaints would be escalators were not properly working. Elevators are far away and very small items were very pricey. However, you get what you pay for in most occasions and with the events I needed to attend. I was satisfied"

"Drove to store to pick up a clearance item I saw online in shoe department. Once there, shoe department stated they could not honor clearance price due to being able to get in store. She could have told me this before I made the trip to the mall."

"James Avery personnel is extremely personable, and I listened to the reason i chose my purchase. Ms. Lillie in the underwear area was so helpful the last 20 minutes of the store closing was super helpful with her knowledge. Last but not least, my long-time favorite 2nd floor employee in the westbound section has always been so calming and helpful and personable every time i come to her area. Thank you, ladies!"

"This was a pretty decent excursion to an icon in shopping. Walked in, within 5 minutes I had five options. Tried them all on in a dressing booth they unlocked for me so I did not have to wait behind some folks who had difficulty choosing. In just a few minutes I had my choice and the same gal had me checked out and on my way. I don't feel like I overpaid for the item. It was more like I paid well for the quality, options and service."

"If I could put a 0 rating I would have. I ordered these shoes online, not to mention I waited a week to receive them. Literally picked them up a couple of hours ago. I thought nothing of it to check the product at pick up being that I purchased them online. First thought in my head, they were coming from a warehouse brand new. Why would I have to check them? Anyway, came home excited to look at them and came to find out the shoes I received had been worn. I'm assuming returned. They have red stains on them, along with food debris (chunks of something) maybe even throw up. I'm beyond disgusted! How could something like this be resold to someone or even pass as a resell? Regardless if they were an online purchase do the store associates not do a brief inspection or go over the product to make sure they are in good condition with their customers? Worn with chunks of food really? Beyond disgusted and disappointed. I did email Dillard's as well to inform them. Moral of this review. Check any online order before leaving the store at pick up regardless if it's an online purchase! The pic of the email is to show it was literally hours and the only reason for the delay to check them is because I was shopping around at the mall. I’m beyond disgusted!"
