"Ordered a pair of shoes from J&M online since they did not have the model I was looking for at this location. I measured my feet at home and decided to order the same size I always get my sneakers in... order arrived and shoes were way too big (I dislike online shopping, there's nothing like actually being able to try the item and knowing how it fits you before purchasing). Went to this location for an exchange, the worker was nice and seemed to care about my issue, he measured my foot, saw how the pair I had ordered fit and said let's go half a size smaller. After a 5 day wait, the exchange pair arrived at my door and they were still too big. Had to go back (this time prepared with dress socks), tried the pair he ordered (after he had measured my foot that time) and showed him that they were still way too big. Every step I took the heel of my foot came out...his solution: let's go another half a size smaller. I do remember clearly telling him that I thought that half a size was still going to be too big for my foot in this particular shoe model. He said "No, no, that's going to be your size, same thing happens to me with sneakers and dress shoes, I have to go one full size smaller" and proceeded with another exchange. (I thought, if he knew I needed one full size smaller then why did he order just half a size smaller when I originally came in? But I trusted him again since it's his job, I guess he's helped thousands of customers before and knew what he was talking about...) He proceeded with the 2nd exchange... shoes arrived and they were still too big. Will have to go in tomorrow for a 3rd exchange or a refund. Even though I haven't been able to use the shoes in my almost 3 week wait, they do look amazing and seem to be of great quality. The worker at this location is very good at customer service and has a nice attitude, but perhaps hasn't been trained properly in shoe sales."

"Whoa this place is very pricey but dang does it have fine looking apparel! Sadly i cannot justify spending $250 on asome VERY nice looking shoes when i can get the same look albeit cheaper material elsewhere. I give this store a pass as in let it go unless you don't mind the price of admission"
