BUNKER 27 - SHOPS AT RIVERCENTER 849 East Commerce Street, San Antonio, TX 78205

"Chanced upon this store on a Saturday morning, exactly one week ago as I write this now as I was walking around before my bus left back to Austin. Didn't expect to encounter the best service provided by the sales man on duty, Eli. He was not a pushy sales man but very patient and had a fantastic personality. The designs for the child sizes weren't to my liking and Eli went through all the men's small sizes (I'm 5'1) and fairly small built and skinny to find me something that I liked, and I tried them on- eventually settling on a t-shirt that I was totally digging. Top class service, he was upbeat and genuinely appeared happy to be working opening shift in the morning when a few other staff I had encountered in other shops were grumpy. I ended up purchasing a camo hat to go along with my t-shirt too. This man should be promoted to manager or given a higher post- he had solid product knowledge of the items on sale and was very meticulous in folding back clothes that customers had taken out to try, displayed top class professionalism and was polite and served everyone with a smile. If I'm ever back in San Antonio I will definitely visit this store and purchase from him again."

"Store clerk was rude. As if she didn't want to be at work I wanted size nine Garmont boots. The tag at the window was different from the box she pulled out. She took the tags off after I bought the boots. I guess they change tag for fancier one in display? I don't mind that but man idk if she was having a bad day but at least don't take it out on customers. Poor transaction. 10/10 will not be coming me back."

"Went in and what a beautiful store. I am prior Air Force myself and was able to locate an AMMO shirt for a buddy of mine. Friendly staff, clean, a must stop! We visited the RiverCenter mall location and also appreciated the kindness of the staff."

"So my son and I were in San Antonio for a Spurs game and had some time to kill before the game and decided to hit up the mall. We ran across this store by chance. Drawn in by the military theme thinking we might find a unique Christmas gift for my daughter that’s currently stationed at Nellis Air Force in Nevada. I was were blown away by the uniqueness of this store. It’s amazing, the best part was they had items related to my daughter’s assignment in Nellis, the Reaper drones. So I picked up several items and they even applied a military discount for her. The bag they give you with your purchase is even awesome. Definitely recommend this store, their customer service and attention was great. Keep in mind this seems like a military boutique store so it’s a little pricey but the items seem to be high quality. Thanks you for the awesome items, I’m sure my daughter is going to be surprised!"
