"I went looking for boys clothing sizes 6 & 8. Very little to choose from. Also searched for men's polo shirts XXL, no selection at all. The dresses in medium to large were also slim picking. And boys tennis shoes size 2 did not have but 3 style options. I went on a Wednesday night in Feb. Lots of bare racks The staff however, was very friendly, and check out was quick. And although I didn't find the matching family clothing set I wanted, I did find 1 thing for everyone that I could make due with. Giving 3 stars because I can ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING- even if it's not exactly what I intended."

"To be so large, it was well kept. The line was super long so I chose not to make a purchase. This the season to hire more cashiers."

"I have been a long time customer of Burlington. Now everything is changed without proper information to the customer. A week back I bought some tops. As they dont have fitting rooms post covid, I bought them approximately to my size. But after trying them, realized they don't fit me. So took it to return today. The lady who scanned these put my money on a store gift card without informing me even though i provided receipt. She just said that only some items when returned will go back to card. There is no where this was told before. So I asked whythe change..how will I know which items to buy. She said before buying you should check with them evertime it seems. I do t understand how everytime you can buy correct size clothes without trying first. So beware shoppers if you are not sure of your size in each brand..dont buy from here Reply: I returned the tops a week after I bought. Its 7 days. And they were paid with credit card And returned with original receipt. Why the refund amount is put on store gift card and not on my credit card even though I returned them in a week with tags on all of them and had original receipt with me?? If you dont give returns on credit card you should include that information on your return policy. Adding this here as a Reply to your message Reply to your question of tags: yes, all items had Burlington tags when returned. I even checked with the check-out associate. She just said it will be given only to store card. She even asked me if I want to keep the clothes instead of returning after putting refund on store gift card. Reply: where should they be posted? Reply to return receipt: yes, I still have return receipt. To whom should I provide it?"

"Nice place for clothes shopping. And handbags for ladies. Good quality and buget friendly. They don't keep all the sizes for all the items. So you have to select from your size section. Billing counters are bit slow. Good recommended"
