"I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I was not greeted properly like I should’ve been. When the worker Micheal came in I asked him a couple questions. He cut me off and said “patients is a virtue, you should try it.” After I received my vehicle back there were grease and oil stains all over my fender and doors, after I touched my steering wheel my hand was covered in oil. My oil change sticker not being replaced, and my oil life was not reset. Some other problems include my floors not being vacuumed and my windshield was not cleaned, which is a service that is always provided at jiffy lube."

"Live across the street from this place. Went in and got a no hassle oil change, everyone explained what was going on and didn’t feel taken advantage of like a few other places around. All in all as good of an experience you can have while getting auto work done."

"This location is super convenient but maybe a little too close to the Woodlands for its own good. I’m not convinced that an oil change should cost $250 even if I drive a European car. Gian and the rest of the staff were friendly and efficient and made the experience as nice as it could be, Gian did warn me twice about the cost and I could have left but I said to go ahead. They also will be suggesting add-on services so be prepared to say ‘no thank you’ several times before you get your keys back. Great staff and service but Jiffy Lube prices."
