"Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. My unit no longer close correctly. There is an exposed NAIL just randomly sticking up through the cabinet. The unit is put in crooked. The exhaust panels are not even. These are relatively small compared to THE BIGGEST ISSUE-IT DOES NOT WORK. That's right, after jacking up my cabinets, the thing did not even come on. The technician had the nerve to call this finished. I can't even tell you what a production it was just to get to the point of setting up an installation date. And now THIS is what we get!! Enough said. Never again will I PAY Lowe's to do a darn thing for our home. Never. Again."
"I bought this dishwasher through Costco, at a very reasonable price, but what really surprised me was the delivery and installation service. The technician Chris called me in advance, removed and hauled away the old dishwasher, installed the new one, tested it, explained me the operation of the new dishwasher and cleaned the area, all in less than an hour. This was a nice complement to the already great purchase through Costco. Thank you so much for the great service, Chris."
"Rock showed up on time, was very professional and took care to not to scratch the refrigerator next to the installation. He removed all the packaging and cleaned up his work space. He set the clock, started the oven, explained the basics-- a great job."
