"Jim was a rockstar from the service department, he helped me with my issue even though I didn’t had an appointment he was able to get my truck for diagnostic and let me know the problem, after he took my truck he walked me inside the building and showed me the waiting area, where the bathroom and coffee area was located and that was really nice he took the extra time to do that, after that I waited for my truck until they fixed it and he came back to me a few times to give updates since I was waiting for my truck, I’ll recommend Jim to help you and the service department.
