"I’ve used family tire a few times now and every time has been a good experience. This time was exceptional because of Gary. He has a warm and friendly personality that makes you feel taken care of. I went in to have my break light fixed and it needed to be ordered. Without me asking he surprised me the next morning with the news that he had it overnighted so that I wouldn’t need to go another day with the chance of getting pulled over. I really appreciated that. I’ve had them put on new tires for me as well as had some preventive maintenance done and they always give me a fair quote and honest opinions to as to whats imperative and what can wait. They went the extra mile by taking my flat and driving to my house to instal it so I could then drive there to have the other 3 put on, all while not charging anything extra (which they could have done). Their prices quoted hundreds of dollars below the competition in the area and their service was outstanding. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced there!"

"My AC was not cooling if temps were in the 80’s or higher (summer in Texas!). The car was also loud and felt rough. I worked with Richard and Gary Don. I asked them to see what needed to be done with a/c, and to look at other issues needing work, to prioritize those needs, and to call me with prices. I also let them know I need the car to be highway safe/ready. I received calls giving me info of the needs of the car, prioritized the importance, and cost/ approximations ( for repairs I will do later). I was happy with the results I received with the work done on the car and with knowledge of what to be planning to address. The information all seemed accurate with what I was experiencing with the car. I was extremely happy with the fact that I felt Richard and Gary Don listened to my concerns, got back to me with information requested and treated me very respectfully as a customer."
