"What a horrible experience! Brought my truck here after it died at a red light. They had it for 3 weeks essentially not being able to fix it, and not giving me any sort of resolve. They replaced some AC lines and the AC condenser. The truck was returned to me in poor condition, transmission line brackets broken, wires pulled out of components, and my headliner was tore up around the sunroof opening, later found mouse or rat droppings in my truck, so something got in there and chewed up my headliner and floormats. Voiced my disgust with corporate who said they'd send out a $400 refund check, that was almost 2 months ago. I keep emailing and calling but no response. Went to turn my AC on last week, surprise, surprise! It doesn't work and smells like refrigerant! Paid $1100 for them to not really fix my problem and to only cause me more things to fix myself or take to another competent shop to fix their mess ups. Would definitely advise against bringing your vehicle here."
