"They carry alot of stuff but whoever they have pulling parts sucks. Took an hour to get the wrong part pulled. They could sell so many more parts if they had managers who had a clue how to hire proficient order pullers that did not take an hour to pull the most basic parts. I'd rather drive to ft worth and back atleast the parts guys can just get get the parts needed immediately."

I was thinking too much about what to do if there is no restroom no parking to wait plus slow unloading or loading, I was very lucky that my Appointment was at 4:00 Am and I reserved parking at Pilot 2400 Alliance gateway,, 23 miles and started coming at 2:20 and arrived at 3, And I was the only one ,! Unloaded right away,! You can park overnight on the back of the building which you turn left according to gps you will see a wide street, and for Kay chemical google map will get you the receiving office!"
