I called 3 times throughout the day trying to get ahold of him but every time they transferred my call to Tony he never answered and never called me back. Someone else had to call the next day to let me know my wheel was ready."

"This place was actually pretty hard to find as the Chevy lot is rather large. I felt as though they made it clear that if we didn't buy their Chevy from them, we don't get the same level of service as those that did. The staff in parts could've been more helpful for sure. The staff at repairs were very kind and talked us through some things we were unclear on. Altogether, customer service is in need of some significant improvement."
