"Don’t waste your time. I was on Facebook and someone reached out to me and I told them I didn’t have good credit and my car wasn’t paid off. They garanteed me they could give me more than what my jeep was worth and could help me. Upon arriving they didn’t show me around or ask me for anything. They literally handed me a tablet without even asking if I wanted to fill out an application. Without talking to me the dude just comes back with his manager and basically tells me they can’t help me. They ran my credit for no reason when I told them upfront. 0/10"

"Would give zero stars if I could. Had a warranty issue that caused another problem. I was told that it’s not covered. After multiple back and forth conversations with this dealership, I took it to another dealership for a second opinion. They found an additional leak that is covered and told me that that both should absolutely be covered based on what happened. Don’t take your vehicle to Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram."

"I never leave reviews but in this case I have to. If I could leave zero stars I would. Took my Jeep in to replace JUST the low beam bulb and was told I needed to replace the entire headlight assembly which required removing my bumper for a total of over $2000 in charges. I was also asked to leave the jeep there all day to get it done. I went to Midas and all they charge me was the bulb and $50 labor fee and they were done in 15 minutes. This place is a joke"
