"I was fortunate enough to meet Howard Thrash personally during my visit, and I got the full Howard Thrash experience. I grew up in a trailer park and had never even imagined buying tailored clothes before, but he patiently answered all my questions and cleared up all my misconceptions about how men were supposed to dress. "I shop at Pockets in Dallas. My Dad passed last Saturday. My son is at school in Lubbock at tech. I called Doug, owner of pockets and said I need help. “Do you know anyone in Lubbock?” He said YES, Howard Thrash! I said but I need my son to come in on Wednesday and have clothes altered and pressed by Friday. He called Howard and got it all set up for my son to come in at opening today. Howard decked him out for my Dad’s celebration of life for Saturday in Dallas and to pick up close on Friday before heading to Dallas. He was not even worried about getting cc before starting. I finally spoke to Howard late afternoon and he was so kind. We settled up and my son will look spectacular for my dad’s celebration! Thank you Mr. Thrash!
