"I called last week for my dryer and they gave me a time between 10 to 1 and went home and waited for them. They changed the time to 10 to 2 and I was ok as you can never really confirm because of the previous appointments. Joe identified the problem and try to change the part but unfortunately the part was old and did not work. He told me that he will order a new part and fix the dryer in couple of days. So far so good. He did order the part and schedule an appointment for today between 10 to 1. I got a message to track Joe and it said 10:44 is his estimated time of arrival, and I decided to get home by 10:50, as my mom can let him in and I thought he will need at least 10 to 15 minutes to fix. But he ended up coming home early and fixed the dryer by 10:40. My sister was there in the house to let him in and has no idea about the repair. She wanted to confirm that the dryer is working and wanted to him to wait. He called me right after and told me that he did not have time to wait as he has to take care of some other repair. At this point, my watch told me it is 10:47 and I was on my way to the house and I work ten minutes from the house. I was very disappointed with his tone and his disrespect for my time as he made me wait for three hours previous day and he did not even want to wait for ten minutes more, even though I was following their time tracker.."
