"Was shopping around 410 pm with my wife and son, 1 of the employees decides to pull a pallet out on the sales floor, hits our cart and runs our cart all over my foot. Mind you my foot has been healing for over 6 weeks from a previous break. All I got was sorry sir, no incident report or nothing else, so I guess its ok to injure a customer a customer and go on about your day.. do yall not make safety a priority? And yes I did talk to 1 of your managers and told him yall know better than drag a pallet thru the store with tons of people in there, common sense goes along ways."

"I don’t normally shop here at this location, but I dropped by on my way home to pick up some flowers for my wife on her birthday. The flowers were beautiful, reasonably priced and they even threw in a cardboard stand so the vase wouldn’t fall over in the seat. Super pleased."

"I did not realize it, but I had dropped my purse on the floor while loading my car. Came back to look for it 30 min later. Somebody had dropped it off at lost and found with everything intact. Very great full! Thank you HEB and the amazing people that shop here."

"I wish I knew who did my last minute order for me. I forgot to order cupcakes for my daughter's class today. I called up there and a lady said she could squeeze my order in before she left at 11. She had them done in a hour or less. (Please dont be like me! Give them at least a 24hr advance) I ordered 24 of the whipped icing cupcakes. I added the toppers (they were from a birthday roblox set on amazon)"
