"Not very helpful. Every time I called to speak to manager she was not in at the time. when I asked for individual pricing for parts and labor I was told they don’t do that. As a result my warranty reimbursement was denied. If you need to know pricing better ask before they begin the job."

Told me what parts would cost and labor and gave me advice on different brands and availability of parts and how long of a service life I could expect from different brands and makes. So helpful! "There is nothing more disheartening than a LOCAL company ignoring you after you give them your business. We had an issue with our a/c, and it hasn't worked properly since the repair. I've called multiple times to no avail. It looks like we will have to call someone else. I would have much more respect if they would just tell me, "we don't want to come back to your residence." I guess we got our answer. How sad!"
