"Best buy is in a weird spot as they try newer things to hold onto customers. This one is usually not crowded which makes the shopping experience nice. A good amount of employees on the floor able to assist. Only downside is that sometimes you might have to use the customer service area to check out."

"I bought an iPhone 12 refurbished in the best condition you can get it in. It was like 200 dollars cheaper then getting it new. It’s been 7 months since I bought it and this phone has so many problems already such as the l.c.d going out and the Apple Pay sensor going out. They told me there was nothing I could do but give them more money to fix the issues this was bound to happen shortly after someone bought it. Blows my mind how a company this big has no empathy for someone. Don’t ever buy a refurbished phone, especially from here cause they won’t do anything about it. Yeah, they made sure all the components where working before selling it but that doesn’t mean they were bound to break shortly after and that’s exactly what happened to me."
