"Went to hollister today and Very bad customer service. The lady at the front desk had a very bad attitude. The guy that was working with her didn’t want to check out customers he was just on his phone. Hollister store managers should hire people with a great personality to make customers feel welcome to the store. This is not good business. They use to have polite people working here I hope this change!!"

"Worst experience I’ve ever seen here. I’ve lived in humble my entire life so definitely been here enough to say the customer service was terrible. It was just a group of 3 girls talking about their ex’s, eating Cheetos, I asked for someone to unlock the dressing room nobody ever did my husband had to slide under the door and unlock it himself. We went to go check out and it was literally disgusting, the girls sat there didn’t great us or anything just more gossip with there friends handling our cloths with Cheeto fingers SHE WAS STILL EATING WHILE BAGGING our clothes and in the middle she got a call and answered it talking on the phone while eating I saw chunks of her hot Cheetos flying out I was disgusted. Just seems like one girl started working there and thought it was easy money and brought her friends along. Definitely hope to see a new cycle of workers in near future!!"

"It said it’s open at 10:00 it’s already 5 minutes past and still not open I’m waiting outside and they see us but they didn’t open the doors. So I went around to another store and came back here and we went in I started looking for at the pants in the back of the store. My daughter accidentally spilled her drink on the floor right when an employee walk by us and gave us an ugly look I told her sorry and she just continued to walk away. I told someone at the front my daughter spilled a drink and they told the same girl that there was a spill and she told him to clean it. She was rude and made someone else clean it up even though she she seen what happened and just decided she didn’t see anything. I apologize to the guy who cleaned up the spill and even offered to help since my child spilled it. They need to do something with that one employee. This happened around 10:50-11:15 today."

"Staff were helpful, great service. I shopped around for plain white Tshirts and found these to be the most comfortable and best fitting. Had to go up a size though as Large at Hollister is quite... tight... I swear it's not me."
