"Let me start by saying the chef was AMAZING. He was attentive, fabulous, loved him. Our server, however, was terrible. We had 9 people in our party, came on a Friday night. I get that 9 people is a lot. It took about 6 minutes for him to greet us. Okay, no big deal. Another 10 minutes to get our drinks. They brought the bar drinks, but took another 5 for the kids. We ordered appetizers, they didn't come out until AFTER the chef was cooking our food. We had to shove down two plates of sushi and calamari. He did not refill out drinks the entire time, and we only saw him maybe 3 times the entire time. Then when the check came (they were split, 4 on one check, 5 on another), it came back incorrect. He charged me for my sister's drinks and one of her appetizers. When I said something he told her, "just give her cash for it." It's was around 40$ thar he overcharged me. I ended up just paying for it. Altogether I personally spent 250$ for my food alone. The tip was included, but he didn't mention it, and I felt like he was trying to hide it so that we would tip even more. Like, it only showed up on one of the receipts, and he put that one all the way in the back of 3 receipts. Idk. It was a weird experience and I don't think I will go back because of the terrible service. The chef was amazing though. Wanted to say that again. I think I just got unlucky."
"Amazing food. Best steak I ever tasted. Juicy, tender, cooked to perfection. Tempura used to be a cheap deep fried filler for other restaurants. But not here. It was fresh! Crisp! Hot! Delicious! The wait staff could have been more friendly, but otherwise, I would serve myself for this quality food."
"My husband and I we’re looking for something different and in a whim decided to look up some local Restaurants and we find this little hole in the wall gem. Great food and great service!! Will definitely return!! They also celebrate birthdays with some cute twinkle light birthday crowns!!"
"Decent family hibachi place. Large dining room and bar. We were seated right away but waited about a half hour as they slowly filled our hibachi grill seating area with walk-in guests, since they don't take reservations for parties smaller than five or six. The food was pretty good for the price and entertainment was average hibachi but; nothing unique. I'd recommend it for families with young children."
