"Kelly and Kris were great to work with and I cannot say enough good things about them. For context, called a different company first and while polite, they weren’t very helpful and said one thing was the problem only for our appliance to stop working four days later and being told something else was the issue. After not inspiring confidence in their assessment, I decided to google for other companies in the area and Kris answered the phone like she was actually happy to be talking to me. I booked an appointment with Kelly and after subsequently having said appointment, the actual issue was discovered and very quickly fixed. You can’t put a price on peace of mind and KrisKelly’s Appliance Repair is going to be my one and only call going forward."

"Contacted for service almost 4 days ago. Never received a single message letting me know ANYTHING, what so ever, I was at a loss for multiple days. All he had to do was let me know that he received my message and that I was important enough to be talked to. I was not, I was not responded to at all until I canceled my appointment. He then responded to me RIGHT AWAY and said he was closed. And that he was “sorry” Well, that doesn’t make it right and his customer service is obviously lacking. I would not do business with this man what so ever."
