"I'm giving two starts because the women I spoke with both times was pleasant but failed to communicate with me, twice. I stopped in the store to look at their used washing machines and speak to them about possibly repairing my machine that wasn't working properly. The woman in the store was very nice and took my name and phone number. We set a time for Pedro to come to my home to fix my washer. I had to rearrange my schedule and was home an hour before the set time. They never showed up and never called me. I found the owner or manager's number on Google Reviews, called them and left a detailed message. I never got a call from them. Two days later I called the store and spoke with the same woman who remembered me. Again, she was very nice and apologized for not showing up to fix my machine. She said she would check with Peter for times and dates when he can come to my home to fix my machine and she would call me back. And, once again, I have yet to hear from her. I'm actually shocked that this company has a rating of 4.8. This is very unprofessional, and I will never do business with them."

"Bought a washer and dryer here, total was 500$. The washer is see through top with touch screen activation, one of the newest I’ve seen. They both work amazingly and wash very well, even the heaviest loads. So glad I found this place! Customer service is great, ordered from the mom, delivered by the son. Great family owned business."
