"This Subway location is often hit or miss. Unfortunately for my family and I, tonight it was a huge miss. The sandwiches were made incorrectly and not properly filled. We also ordered cookies and were given a random assortment (instead of what we paid for) that were extremely burned. 5 cookies burned to a crisp and given to the customer. Does that seem right? Highly disappointed. UPDATE: The employees at this location never seem to know what's going on. Be careful if you order through the mobile app. Half of the time they forget about you and the other half they make you wait 20+ minutes past the pickup time. Truly astounding."
"Been / ordered delivery from here before. My door dasher forget three things and my sandwich was completely wrong! They weren’t very helpful and wouldn’t give me a refund unless I left work and “returned” the wrong sandwich. Which I don’t fully understand but I guess people have lied before but I was irritated because I spent money and wasn’t given what I paid for and had to go out of my way to get a refund I should have been given when it was wrong in the first place. The manager didn’t really seem to want to help. I ended up getting my refund after going there and handing them the wrong sandwich"
"12/02/21 Update: I went back to the store on Thursday December 2nd and it would appear the store is under new management. I explained my situation and the new manager, a very polite gentleman was very professional and although he didn't know what the policy was or the issue he was happy to remake the order for me and apologized for the previous issue I had. I haven't tried the food yet but it looked fresh and I am going to have to say even though it may have been a bad experience before try the store again now that they are under new managenent. Original Review 11/24/21 If I could give this half a star I would. I placed an order on the app and I am due a refund of $20.54 and a reimbursement of my $2.00 coupon that was used for an order. On Wed Nov 24th 2021 I ordered on the app and looked up the store info. The information for that store's location said they were closing at 4:00pm. I placed my order at 3:10pm and the order kept saying processing. At 3:30 I went to the store and the sign on the door said they were closing at 3:pm. I banged on the door to get the attention of the staff who were still in the building and a girl with short brown hair gave me an attitude and said she didnt get the order and that she wasn't making the order. I explained that I had already been billed and she said I would be refunded within 24 hours. I was not refunded and I also think it was very unprofessional the way I was treated and the attitude I received from the employee who answered the door. Her apathetic response was so intentional it was almost as if she was trying to provoke me. I told her have a blessed day and left with a truly felt God bless you but she was really doing all she could to get a rise out of me while I was trying to explain to her what hapoened. She made no attempt to help or understand and said she couldn't help and that oh well. it wasn't her problem and that I could wait for my money to be returned. She said she couldn't do anything to help and she claimed she never got the order so she refused to make it even though I could show it to her on my phone. The whole experience was extremely off putting and I have been a Subway rewards member for years."
