Sonic Drive-In

"Been to this location several times. I only order a reeses sonic blast. Cup full of ice cream and reeses only on top. Was not like this in the past. If I had known this I would order only ice cream. What a disappointment. Won't be back.cmon management read your horrible reviews below. Fix it please."

"Great customer service! I placed an order on the app then the app wouldn't let me check in. Long story short I had lots of problems with the app and got an email saying I was charged. The employees made my order even though it didn't show the order placed on their side. After I left I got an email saying I was refunded by the app. I called to pay for the order over the phone and they were awesome!"

"The onion rings were so overcooked as to be nearly burnt. The chicken strips were small, overcooked until they were leathery. If I hadn't gotten the order to go. I would have sent it back. I don't frequent this Sonic often as I don't live near it. I can only hope this was an off day for them."

"Brandt, fantastic job. It seems like most times I go to sonic they don’t care but today was different. 2:30 crew is on the ball. Order was hot and in timely manner. Forgot to put ketchup but was mobile order so I pressed red button asking for ketchup. Assuming 2 or 3 packs right? Nope. Brandt walks out with some I can enjoy for a few more trips to sonic. "No words. Kids just finished a 2-hour evening practice, and this is what we come home to. We ordered the chili cheese tots as well, and it's also half full. I wish I were making this up because the lunch crew never disappoints."
