McDonald's 15359 Interstate 35, Buda, TX 78610

"Terrible location, bunch of high school kids who aren’t mature enough for a job simple as McDonald’s. Showed up on a Friday night to my McDonald’s in buda off 35 and I see no line so I get in line happy I won’t have to wait for my delicious McDonald’s. Then on a piece of printer paper is written “closed for cleaning” and some young girl is telling me they are closed and won’t serve me. I tell her that I already paid and placed a mobile order because this location is 24 hours a day no matter what especially on a Friday night???? The girl then laughed and turned off her headset. I then talked to a young man and said that I already placed the order and that this location is 24/7 he said “no, that’s not this location” just lying to me blatantly. So I had to just go home and not even get my money back Would leave negative stars if I could, very frustrating experience, also false advertising 24 hours and refusal of service, lawsuit wouldn’t be pretty."

"The restaurant is clean, and the seating is ample and comfortable. The service is fast and mostly accurate (more so on weekdays). They have more menu options than the other McDonald’s in the area."

"I ordered McGriddles at the drive through and no one gave me the option or asked if I wanted egg on them. I thought they automatically came with egg. I called the store and the manager could barely talk English. He was of no help."

However, to my surprise, this particular McDonald's exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming ambiance. It made our unexpected stop more comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food quality was also noteworthy. The menu offered a variety of options, and the food we ordered tasted fresh and satisfying. It was a relief to have access to quality food during our unexpected pit stop. One of the highlights of the visit was the kids' play area. My 2-year-old and 8-year-old children had a blast in this designated area. It provided them with a safe and enjoyable space to burn off some energy while we waited for our tire issue to be resolved. This feature made the stop more family-friendly and helped keep the kids entertained."
