"Employees were loudly arguing. No one at the front counter. No service until I asked. Pizza was 5 meat and had mostly just pepperoni. Will never go back. This place used to be good"

"Well first off you can't order through the app and choose to pay in-store with a gift card and no one will answer the phone so you can order by phone and not have to stand and wait in the store. So I have to go to the store to order and the guy tells me he doesn't think they can take gift cards anymore. What can they do? So I order and they didn't even have a pepperoni or cheese ready and it took them 20 minutes for hot and ready."

"Placed an order almost an hour in advance only to show up that there is 15 min to go. Once I made the statement to the person working the counter that they should update their website he wanted to snap back and it was not for a back and forth it was feedback and he wanted to argue which was horrible I literally drive to the stasseny location because this one always such poor customer service very shameful."

"I had ask for my Pizza to be a certain way manager agreed, but when I got my food it wasn't how asked for then he proceeded to tell me I didn't ask for it to be that way and then said they'renot allowed to do it. I get my pizza the same way every time I order it and have been for the past 20 something yrs I've been getting LC pizza even when I worked there as a teenager it's a cheese pizza with no sauce and add buttery garlic plus veggie seasoning I know it's a extra charge but to call me a liar about what I orderd was uncalled for. I only went to this location cause the one close to home is being remodeled"

"I am so tired of ordering jacked up food from here. Half the time the cheese doesn’t even cover the pizza and sauce. Also the sauce cups are either 1/2 full and being charged full price. Let’s also talk about this pretzel crust pizza we got, and they literally made a regular pizza and threw salt on the crust. Like honestly? Stop taking my money and screwing me over. I’m so done with it. We already make less money with this economy and pay either more for food, or the same but the quality gets worse and worse. Management is absolute trash if they constantly allow this. Will be making a report to corporate."
