"Normally a huge fan of Schlotzsky's, but the sandwich I got here on Friday the 19th, a Small Fiesta Chicken, definitely gave me food poisoning. I would like to say that it was a wild fluke, because I have never had issues with their food at any other location, and it tends to be one of my go-to's when I am on the road for lunch."

"I highly recommend this location! I would say 6 months+ ago, we would have inconsistencies at this location but the past few months they have been amazing! Food is always correct, looks/tastes great! Anthony the manager is so personable and the entire staff is extremely friendly! Whatever change they made in the past few months has clearly shown and we will continue to frequently visit! :)"

"I was disappointed with my experience at this schlotzsky's location, I was working in thr area and order online to pick up to minimize my time away from the jobsite. I showed up about 10 minutes after the estimated ready time for the food to make sure it would be done when I arrived. When I arrived, they hadn't even started with my food yet, and I ended up spending another 20 minutes there waiting for them to complete it. Upon getting back to my jobsite, I opened up the box of pizzas, and every single one of the 3 I had ordered was wrong. I opted out of Bacon online while ordering, and that must have been overlooked. All 3 were loaded with it, I eat Kosher, so this rendered me without lunch as there was simply too much to try to peel it all off. Not only this, but 1 of the 3 pizzas hadn't even been completed, and was missing several toppings. I called in 3 times to request a refund on the 3 pizzas, but no one would answer. After work was over, I took the 3 pizzas back to see if I could get compensated, and the new shift lead was extremely helpful in doing so. He apologized several times and refunded the whole amount. Thus, the 2 stars instead of 1."

"We have used this location several times. My sandwich is missing something...the guacamole on the turkey sandwich, lettuce on the original and today a tablespoon of lettuce, 1 slinder onion ring and no black olives at all. They just lost my business."
