"Placed an order through the app to get 2 pizzas, and app transfers me to the wrong Domino's location. This has happened before and the order has been transferred each time to the correct store each time, but apparently the manager Marcus couldn't be bothered to do that. When informed that my order involved points from previously botched orders, he did absolutely nothing to help the situation. I'm going to figure out how to redeem the rest of my points and just never order from Domino's again."
"Food was not fully cooked. Wings were super undercooked the chicken did not taste good and the wings barely had sauce. Nothing like the pictures on the menu."
"A very good experience at this location. The pie was packed with ingredients and cut to my specifications. The order was promptly made and hot when I arrived for pickup. The associate was able to retrieve my order with ease."
"Friend and I ordered Dominoe’s from Uber Eats. They don’t include marinara with the cheezy bread, which is standard in the industry, and didn’t think to ask us if we would like to (have to) purchase a Marinara cup, which we’d have happily done. So stuffed breadsticks with no marianara, bc they wanna hide the fact that it isn’t included instead of pushing and at least making sure we know, all just so they can gain an extra buck for the sauce cup, which again, we’d have bought, HAD THERE BEEN ANY REMINDER THAT IT WOULDNT INCLUDE THE STANDARD SAUCE AAAAALL OTHER CHAINS INCLUDE FOR FREE with the bread/cheesy-breadsticks. And then, moreover, we wanted a sausage and pepperoni pizza that only came with sausage. No pepperoni. We double checked the order, and we definitely paid for pepperoni’s too. Just order from doubledaves. The extea $$ spent there will get you WAY better food all around, and it’ll actually come correct with sauces too. Insane. Never again bruh."
"Literally the only place that will deliver to my address (about 5 miles from store) for everything else I have to go through a third-party delivery-service. App is easy to use. Stores are not able to control what is available, so you get a generalized item list and if they run out you’ll just not get it even though you paid for it. Wish the points didn’t expire (maybe they don’t, but when I logged in a year later there wasn’t any history). Tracker is pretty accurate. They definitely click buttons before things happen like when they’re on their way. It does sucks when orders are wrong (missing items) or “damaged” (hair in food or they purposely swap products bc they ran out) there’s no way to fix it for delivery ~ which is what I primarily do. *I’ve ordered from them about 30 times* Drivers are always polite and quick. A few times they’ve refused to get out of the car, not drive all the way down to the drop off point ~ out in the “country” ~, or just can’t find the address bc of said location ~ long ash driveways and no street lights “scare” ppl . . . or something"
