"-1000 stars, they stole my washer. Called for repair and even texted was ignore for DAYS. After blowing up the phone Finally got an answer asked when can someone come out to fix washer that went out 3 week’s after getting it …. He said he doesn’t know and he let me know 30 mins before he decides to send someone. I told him no, give a a time because that’s ridiculous. Gave me a time and then the tech shows up 3 hrs later than time expected. Tech shows up with NO tools. Was up stairs with the washer for 30 mins and no tools before he comes and tells me they need to take it to the shop and they could do a same day fix and return and if not same day next day.. fast forward 5 days later have not gotten ahold of them but once when he told me he would come bring my washer back, he never came. Had to call the police on them because it’s stolen at this point. They told the police they would return it but they still haven’t 2 days later… they I STILL DONT have my my washer. I have made a police report at this point. This company is a scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. ARTURO Franco is a thieving liar along with his weirdo technician."

"Purchased a washer and dryer set from them and the washer went out immediately. They exchanged the washer for another only for this one to go out a few months later. I have been calling for them to repair the washer and they have been giving me nothing but the run around. Not getting back to me or anything. I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again and certainly wouldn't recommend them. Their customer service is terrible and does not communicate well with the clients. I literally agreed to the repair cost only for them not to show up or even call back."

"So, wasn't sure what to think at first since I never shopped outside of big chain stores. The low prices that Franco's offers seemed too good to be true. Well I'll tell you shopping for appliances here is one of the only choices that you'll never regret. Bought a refrigerator for exactly for the price on the sticker, delivery was free and fast. They provided everything for installation, including the installation itself, which was also free. On top of that, they provide 60 day warranty, which they honored because the ice machine didn't work. They sent someone to fix the ice machine for free. The services and prices Franco's seems too good to be true, but as a very impressed customer, it is true. Go check them out, you won't regret it. Update: it's been a year since my review and I am happy to say that no problems since a year since my purchase. A happy customer here."
