"Zero stars. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS THEY ARE CROOKS. I purchase a washer kenmore for 350 dlls from them a week later it stop working and I had to pay the 60 dlls fee for the technician to come to see it, the spin cycle would not spin, the technician supposedly fixed it and it stopped working again; they took the washer back and supposedly they had to fix the transmission, the washer made a lot of noise.. after a few months the washer spin cycle again stop working now is out of “warranty” my husband tried to open it to see what is the problem and as you can see is rusted everywhere, the lid didn’t had the safety lift switch so it would spin while washing. Long story short; they sell you completely J-U-N-K J-U-N-K J-U-N-K I really hope they go out of business because if someone buys dent appliances is because people cant afford buy brand new and these people take advantage of their customers."
