"This location is terrible. They can never keep anything restocked. The line moves so unbelievably slow. The employees don't even have the customer service skills or knowledge to answer basic mechanical questions or they don't understand English well enough.. Coming here is always a total waste of time."

"The absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. There are people walking around stocking shelves, and doing the bare minimum. I’ve spotted three of those. The phone has been ringing constantly under buddy answers it. I’ll get six people in front of me and to behind one person at the counter saying next in line please. Others behind the counter, looking at shelves are confused in pairs. It takes two to find something that they still can’t find. Just pitiful."
