"Sometimes I’ll stop by here just to get a feeling for what it was like in Russia after World War II waiting in breadlines. Today I was looking for a rug that would really tie the room together and I found it…. Unfortunately as I sat in a line longer than FEMA cues after Katrina it downed on me how short life is. Sure this rug might add a certain visual highlight beside my bed, but at what cost. Is 35 minutes in line really that bad? Are the proletarians conditioned to just look at the growing line and continue their duties because this is the way it goes. I imagine the corporate leadership uses film highlights of their poorly staffed stores to gamble and laugh at the poor fools waiting for niknaks they had shipped from China for penny’s on the dollar. So I guess really it’s a five star experience if you make it out the other side, but I’ve been here 3 times and walked out every single time."

"Good store, they care a lot about their customers sometimes. Managers there are not the best. Do NOT recommend working at this specific location though. They are racist and very unappreciative. They treat you like robots. Definitely suggest looking elsewhere for work.They have most of everything you could find at a decor store."

"So for my birthday, my daughter bought me a $119.00 lovely plant from this store. While we were on the opposite side of the store, and were looking for pots, your attentive employee overheard what we were looking for, and told us where to find it, also, asked if there was anything else he could assist us with. He was all smiles and very courteous!! I was impressed!! Then when we checked out, he also became our cashier! Told us about sales, discounts, and how they were available by signing up for an account (which I sure did) and even carried my new huge plant to the door (he was the only cashier, as we spent several hours in there…so much to see!!), and gave me 10% off for my birthday and opening the account!! So Manager of ‘At Home’…awesome job on either your training, or your excellent skills of picking awesome helpful knowledgeable people to work there! The man who totally impressed me on July 4th 2023 was named: Ulysses (I asked for his name) Please keep this young man and have him be an example to train any more new recruits you get, and give him a raise!! One very impressed and happy customer!! Thank you Ulysses for the wonderful service on my birthday!"

"They had a great selection of Christmas trees. We bought one after Christmas at 50% off. What a deal! Their selection of seasonal items is large. I bought beautiful Thanksgiving decor. I've also purchased some beautiful seat cushions for my dining room chairs. It's one of my top go-to stores."
