"I want to leave a good review for RIO he is in the paint department he is very informative excellent customer service. His department is in paint but he has helped me in multiple departments in that store. He is truly one of the best employees that this location has. I’ve been shopping here for a while and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be able to complete all of my projects, he has a wonderful personality he is very And he does help with any question you might have I wish more businesses had a person like Rio he is truly blessed And extreme Knowledge go see him for your home projects. This guy is the best."

"WARNING: DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS LOCATION! BY FAR THE WORST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Back in September 2023, I left Home Depot and went over to Lowe’s in Sugar Land to buy a BRAND NEW GE OVEN because I was promised by Lowe’s that I would have the range in the month of September, only to find out (after the purchase, of course) that it would not be delivered until November 9th! When I finally received the oven on 11/09 from the Lowe’s warehouse, the delivery technician turned on the burners and the oven for maybe 15 seconds. But when I turned on my BRAND NEW OVEN two days later to use it for the first time, it shut down after being on for about one minute! I immediately called Lowe’s the next day and they told me that I was out of the 48 hour return window and there was nothing that they could do! Instead, they said that I need to call GE to get my BRAND NEW OVEN fixed! After receiving a visit from the GE technician, ordering and waiting several more days for the repair parts, and then scheduling a second visit from the technician, my BRAND NEW OVEN was finally fixed on November 22nd…the day before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, this made for a totally forgettable holiday experience (attached is a picture of the technician taking apart our BRAND NEW OVEN). From the time I found out my oven was broken, I tried repeatedly to reach out to Lowe’s Sugar Land management to see if there was anything they could do, only to be told several times by the store manager (Stephen) that he would “look into the matter and get back [with me].” It’s been several weeks and he still has not contacted me back. Someone at Lowe’s may have known that this oven was defective from the start, but I believe that they shipped it to me in order to meet delivery timelines, hoping I would report it as broken on a later date, giving them more time to receive additional ovens from their supplier. This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review on any company, but this whole experience was so frustrating, that I felt that it was necessary to warn others about this store. Thanks for nothing, Lowe’s!"

"We had such a great experience here today!! Rio was so helpful from the moment we walked in, he directed us to everything we needed and was so kind! He definitely cares about the guests and his job, he was great!!!! We found everything we needed very quickly thanks to him."

"Jesse was awesome and very knowledgeable and friendly helped me find everything we needed from grease, fashion bath, light bulbs and correct ceiling fan hardware and correct wiring for drop rod. Will be back there today 09/03."
