"Came to return an item today without a receipt due to it being a gift. My sister came in with her card to get a refund since the store credit wasn’t the amount of the actual purchase. When trying to add my sisters card to Apple Pay and not realizing it needed Face ID. The manager thought it would be ok to call us tweedle Dee and tweedle dumb. Unprofessional and ridiculous. She still couldn’t process the return even with us showing that it was the correct card."

"I was in the location with my disabled daughter, they asked her to leave, she was cursing a lot and she knocked items over, not purposely. When I explain that she is special needs and that she talks the way she does, they lady still asked if we can leave."

"This retail store has poor service, employees are constantly rude and give constant attitude the fact that I do not even feel comfortable shopping here anymore. Restrooms, constantly say the restrooms are broken and unavailable which is a lie. You guys should not close it to the customers who go and spend hundreds of dollars! And if it was “broken” why are the employees allowed to use the restrooms!? Open the restrooms back up, it should be in your Policy!"
