"DO NOT SHOP HERE! they harass their customers and embarrass them in front of the whole store for trying on a sweater. How do you purchase anything if you can’t try it on? if it’s policy and there was a sign we would have definitely followed the rules. But I was truly harassed by two of the employees asking me to leave wouldn’t give me their name and I wasn’t even causing a scene or using bad language and they had to have the last word. I’m not sure if this is standard policy or just this store. It was such a bad experience. Here is a pic of the person walking away and refusing to listen and provide professional customer service."
"Beware , really bad quality clothes and falling apart the next day. This is why they don’t accept returns."
"Buyers beware if you purchase something from this company and try to return it they will only offer you store credit. I purchased 2 sweaters and went back 2 days later to try and return them with a receipt and they claimed my card wouldn’t accept the refund and said the only thing they could offer was store credit. They also gave me an e-mail for HR and said I could try and contact them for a refund. Why would you put your customers through this? Is your company hurting that bad? I work in retail and know you can credit another card or offer cash back when they pay with a debit card. I will never buy anything from this company again. It’s 2022 get your systems together!"
"I've never been so disrespected in a pacsun the way I just got disrespected.a sign was strategically placed up top stating "buy one, get one free" and another sign stating "buy one, get one 50% off" I grab 2 under the impression that they fall under the get 1 free. When greeted at the register and rang up I see that it was the 50% off. I ask which would be considered free. Before the register person could answer another female grabs the jeans from her hand stating she will take care of it. I ask the same question she explains it only applies to a specific area. There isn't any way to decifer which categories apply to which jeans. She walks over to wall to tell me that I got the jeans on one end of the wall, when I tried to tell her no I grabbed them from the only area labeled the style jeans I had. Which were under the free sign. She insisted that I didn't. And I explained that it was poor marketing and not very well displayed. Her response was "well I don't do the marketing" which I didn't need a smart answer just a proper explanation. Which was followed with a skew of other smart remarks. Following how I use my debit card as well. Will never shop at this store again, not that it affects pacsun as a hole but if this is the communication employees are taught to engage in customers, and how stores are ran and severe training is needed. It's disappointing to say the least and all of this in front of my daughter."
"Employees "took a break" for an entire hour at prime business time (2:00pm-3:00pm on a Saturday) 6/6/2020. Line of 20 people out the door waiting for place to open. Come on, better business practices are advised. If the manager is seeing this, please reprimand those employees. When it's over 95 degrees outside it is not appropriate to make people wait outside in a line."
