"The staff was rude. The store was in disarray. When we asked for jewelry, specific items that I was going to purchase she wouldn't even let me hold or touch them, as if I was going to steal the items, 2 pairs of earrings that wore about $12 each, the paints and jacket in my cart cost more. When I told them goodnight they just ignored me even though one person was holding the door open. I wouldn't give any stars if I possible."
"I always have a great experience at this store. The employees have been friendly and positive. They move you through checkout quickly. Even if you see a long line they have a way of doing things that ensures you will not be waiting in that line for a long time. They are quick and attentive at the same time."
