"It’s annoying they close the fitting rooms and hour and half before closing but if the item doesn’t fit you can’t get your money back. Bad customer service, unorganized, zero smiles from employees."
"The young staff here were insulting, and the young ladies that worked that evening that my girlfriend and I visited were rolling their eyes. I brought her here, and she was visiting from Los Vegas, Nevada. I was genuinely embarrassed by their representation of San Antonio's services. We can have off days, but she spent over $300.00 in the store, just sad with their performance."
"Customer service is DEFINITELY NOT their priority. Employees are not friendly or helpful. Dressing room is closed most of the time. No refunds, just store credit! You can find some okay stuff if you look hard enough."
"Need a contact number to the Ingram location. The number provided here is a fax number. I purchased a $100 gift card and when attempted to use the card a week later was told the balance was zero. I have proof that $100 was taken out of my bank for the purchase however the Wave manager claims there was a “glitch” in their system and the transaction didn’t go through on their end. I have a letter from my bank stating otherwise."
"The girls working there spend too much time talking to each other and not enough time helping customers. They also don't even help take you to the area they are talking about when you ask about a certain item, they just point to a wall and say "It's over there". Poor customer service skills."
